Who is responsible for your information
Enriched Care Support Services Limited is the controller for personal information submitted through this website. Our company number is 13384775. You can contact us using the secure website enquiry form or by phone on 01753 206780.
Information we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, role or relationship, organisation, email address, phone number, enquiry type, message, availability, employment experience and introduction. If a careers enquiry progresses, we may ask you to provide a CV through a separately agreed route.
Our forms also use necessary technical information for security and spam prevention. We ask you not to include medical records, identity documents, detailed risk information or other highly sensitive information in an initial website enquiry.
Website assistant
The guided website assistant matches questions to prepared answers in your browser. Chat messages are not sent to Enriched Care or an AI provider and are not saved by the assistant. Reloading or leaving the page clears the conversation. Please keep names, medical details, passwords and private records out of the chat. Using a linked enquiry form is separate and is covered by the information below.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to general and professional enquiries | Our legitimate interests in communicating about our services and operating our organisation. |
| Considering referral enquiries and discussing possible services | Our legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps requested before entering an agreement. |
| Considering careers enquiries and CVs | Steps requested before a possible employment contract, legal obligations connected with recruitment, and our legitimate interests in recruiting suitable staff. |
| Keeping forms secure and preventing abuse | Our legitimate interests in protecting the website, people who contact us and our systems. |
| Meeting legal, safeguarding or regulatory duties | Compliance with a legal obligation and, where necessary, protection of vital interests or substantial public-interest conditions provided by law. |
Who receives the information
Website submissions are stored in our Wix dashboard and can be accessed by authorised Enriched Care users with appropriate permissions. Wix may process information as our website and forms provider. We may also share information with professional advisers, technology providers, public authorities or safeguarding bodies where necessary and lawful.
We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Wix, Google and their service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards required by UK data-protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.
How long we keep it
- General, professional and initial referral enquiries are kept only while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, accountability and legal needs. They are normally reviewed for deletion within 12 months of the last meaningful contact unless an ongoing relationship, safeguarding issue or legal reason requires longer.
- Unsuccessful careers enquiries and CVs are normally kept for up to 6 months after the recruitment decision, unless you agree to a longer talent-pool period. Information for successful applicants becomes part of the staff record and follows the employee retention schedule.
- Security records are retained in line with the relevant provider’s security and legal schedules.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, and receive certain information in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. Some rights are limited by legal duties or exemptions.
To make a request, use the secure website enquiry form or call 01753 206780. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Automated decisions
We do not use website enquiry information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
